Doctor given me supplements to take. Iron+ folic acid. I bought from Unicity , Salmon Omega 3.
Today was my first day. No fishy smell like most fish oil tt i buy and stop half way due to the smell. I am happy this far.
I am gg to eat more healthily. I was enjoying eating tt i forget tt i have to take care of the little one. I dun wan my little one to have an obese childhood and adult life. I am gg to change tt. Insya allah.
