My breastfeeding plan and goal
My goal is to establish a supply by the time i return to work. Each pump shld yield abt 120ml or more.
1. During the day, i will breast feed Darwisyah.
2.i will give her FM If nak mandi. I will pump thereafter.
3. At night,after 10pm or 9pm onwards i will give her fm.
Tt is a total of 4 fm feeds and plenty of bm feeding in the day.
