We cancelled our contract with Image Creative Pte Ltd on the following reasons:-

1.gave us different quotation pricing for electrician works.  One was $1.7, the other was $3.3k. The ID, Raymond did not give a justifiable explanation for the contract. Kamal thinks he is out to gain. Average electrician work for 4 rm. $2K. .

2.Overlay tiles at kitchen area
The first time we met, the id suggested overlay.  We agreed tt once kitchen wall are hacked the entire floor is overlayed. On our site visit, the id said otherwise. We have to purchase tiles on our own and they will tile for us.

When we wanted to cancel, he said  this will be included in.

3. Soft closing of kitchen drawers

First discussion we wanted blum. He agreed.  After tt he said soft closing.. only.. not blum...again if u wan... additional cost.

4. Grilles charge us $3k... when average is $1.5 k for 4 room.

We were dissatisfied with how our ID Worked... we decided to cut our losses with him before we lose more.

Best decision ever
