I am tired of working with State Courts.
Yday they had a court administrator award ceremony. I think the court administrator tt received the award is truly undeserving. I just shake my head in disbelief. I am not too happy.. and i find it appaling as to how the org values it staff. Staff who do the work does not get due credit. Staff who stand behind the sidelines... or hang behind people coat tails get award. What a week! Shld i go to the tea session and be even more appalled when the person is asked to give a speech.
