i found this site that identify the unique behaviour type and reason y it is so difficult to lose weigh using a survey. try it.
As a Repeat Offender, you may possess many or all of the qualities of the other Behavior Types, however what distinguishes you is that one of your most powerful subconscious programs is one that sets you up for failure -- one that causes you to really believe you'll never lose weight. And this lack of belief that you could ever be thin repeatedly undermines your ability to lose weight and keep it off. Of all the behavior types, you're the one most likely to engage in a cycle of yo-yo dieting. If you are able to get past your "failure" program long enough to follow a weight loss plan, you might be able to stick to it, and even succeed at losing weight, but only for a short time. Then, your old habits kick in and you immediately regain the weight and then some.
How you became a Repeat Offender
There are many ways in which the "failure" program of a Repeat Offender can begin. Perhaps you were told you were fat as a child and now that belief is so strong that the thought of losing weight automatically triggers a subconscious program that tells you it's impossible. Or maybe you've been overweight most or all of your life so you simply find it impossible to see yourself any way other than the way you've always been - overweight. In fact, your very identity might unwittingly be defined by your weight. You may be the heavy loving mom or the jolly guy at the office who makes everyone laugh.[eh yah lah, that is true] And your history of yo-yo dieting only reinforces your belief that you will never be thin.
How Your Subconscious Programs Sabotage Your Ability to Lose Weight and Keep It Off!
Because your subconscious has been programmed to fail and not believe in the possibility that you can ever lose weight and keep it off, staying lean has been next to impossible for you. That's because unlike other Behavior Types, whose subconscious programs are triggered by specific things like emotions, certain foods or specific circumstances, yours tend to just be part of "who you believe you are." And this belief causes you to continue engaging in habits that keep you overweight, which reinforces your view that you'll always be overweight
