How do you stop an exploding man?

The abuse is getting worse, first it was just words and now it is affecting everyone. U are a bully! I can't believe i am saying this to a person who i look up to. U have hurt the people who love you very much and how do u choose to repay this love. U verbally abuse and show your anger. I can take so much at the end of it. I noe that i will have to stand up for them. I cant understand the reason. what is the problem . we should stick together. Don't destory something that is not broken in the first place. I have to be strong for everyone. There are times when i just want to pack up and go. I cant think of doing it to her rite now. She will need us. I have to be with her.
